When they finally arrive from Poland, the sizes are messed up; they don't follow Haflinger's EU size charts. Item states "Amazon US return policy applies to this item" but it doesn't. Customer is stuck paying. What a way to ruin a good brand (Haflinger). Nice boots but not worth the trouble.
